Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash is always preferred.  Checks will be accepted from established customers or customers who were recommended by a current customer.  Visa, MC, Amex, and Discover accepted, however, there is a 3% fee for the use of a credit card.  This simply offsets what the bank charges me.  I could increase my prices to compensate for those charges, but I'd rather keep my prices as low as possible.

Do you have a store front?

Yes I do!  With the tremendous support from those looking for great organic products, in May of 2022 I moved into my current location in Clarkston.

Can I purchase your products online?

Yes!  As of February 2024, you can now go to our online store to see all the items we offer, see if they are in stock, and even purchase them.

Do you carry all the products I see on New Country Organics website?

Yes and No.  I try to stock enough items and keep stock on hand to meet my customers needs based on sales.  I periodically post a stock and price list on my Facebook page.  If you are looking for an item that I don't either have in stock or even listed, contact me.  Chances are I can get it.

So I would like to purchase some items from you.  How do I do that since you don't have a store front or set hours?

All you have to do is get a hold of me by whichever means you are most comfortable using.  I love to talk to and get to know my customers because I want Healthy Futures to be your feed store more that I want it to be my business.  You can call, text, or email me what items you would like to purchase.  If your items are in stock, we can set a day and time that is convenient for you to pick your items up or have them delivered.  I strive to make myself available when my customers need me.  I want your experience with me to be as easy as possible.  All items are paid for at time of pick-up or delivery.

I'm really busy, but I need to get some feed and bedding.  Can you deliver?

Yes!  I can deliver orders big and small to you.  There is a delivery charge that is based on mileage.

I live far away from your store, but I really want some of the products you carry.  Can you help me?

I'm always willing to work with my customers as much as I possibly can.  Don't be shy.  Get a hold of me and let me know what you need and where you are located and I will see what I can do.

I want to have my soil tested.  What do I need to do?

Having your soil tested is a great way to find out exactly what your garden needs instead of throwing random amendments at it and hoping it works.
